Suspended Service

Long time customer but will soon depart that's for sure. I inadvertently missed one payment after years of never missing a payment and do Telstra send a reminder or even a phone call being they business is communication? No they simply suspended my service! When I released I played in full but do you think I could contact someone from this money grabbing giant? No its all automated.  So now I have to wait for knows how long before they decide to reconnect me. What a joke. There advertising no disconnect due to covid19 and helping people.  I miss one month by only a few weeks and it's straight off!

I'm heading to optus!
