Re: telecom logo on bill is a h over a G not the normal logo

It could just be that your PC has either blocked the downloading of the graphics or it can't access the graphic file (mine displays a pink box instead of the logo when it does that).

So long as the email is coming from a correct Telstra email address and the details on it are correct, then it sounds like it's OK.

If you go into the My Telstra app and go to the Payments screen, you can download a PDF copy of the bill to double check.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

What is the wording on the bill? It sounds like a straight up scam.

Did it come from an email address, or through Australia Post?

We have had a technical issue where the logo isn't displaying correctly. Provided that you've access your bills through a genuine Telstra channel, such as the My Telstra app (https://tel.st/bb6r6u) or your online Telstra account (https://tel.st/62ytc9) we can confirm it's not fraud or a phishing scam. If you're unsure and want to double check, send us a message through the "Get Help" tab by clicking the blue message icon, call us on 13 22 00, or send us a message over Facebook or Twitter and we can help confirm things
