How do I go about canceling Telstra BROADBAND Protect please?

You open the My Telstra App,

Click on Get Help

Click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner

Request to speak to a consultant   .........   and wait.............

When I had it I called Telstra to cancel it from my account, and even though it showed up not active, it was always lurking in the background. IMHO it is a very annoying product, and depending on your Telstra modem model you can't even use a non-Telstra DNS server to bypass it.
