Seeing as I pay $12/month it would be good to get value for that.  Having internet down all day only to be told there are no problems in my area and it must be a fault with my computer or connections, etc. a number of times THEN told to call a 13 number and likely go through it all again.  Be thruthful guys - got up this morning and all operating fine.  Strange if it was a problem with my computer it just miraculously fixed itself overnight.  Be thruthful guys.
