Telstra suspended my direct debit and then emailed my boss my bill!

So woke up this morning to find all my Telstra services restricted. Logged in online via my son's prepaid phone only to find I was 8 days late in paying a bill because my direct debit was suspended! I didn't authorise the suspension of my direct debit. I couldn't get an answer out of anyone. Then I get an email forwarded to me by my boss which had my bill attached to it! I have access to my work account which is also with Telstra but I never authorised for anyone to be allowed to access my personal Telstra account and now they're forwarding my bills to my boss!!!
