Telstra System not working

Hi has anyone been having problems with telstras payment and billing system?

Here is the list of things I cannot do:

1. Make a payment through the app - it just sits on a spinning loading sign.

2. Make a payment through the website - it gives me a 404 error when clicking pay now

3. When doing the alternative payment through the manual pay bill, I can't use paypal or credit/debit card options. Luckily the one click works

4. I cannot download ANY pdf bills current or past. 


This seems like a lot of things going wrong, i have tried calling, messaging through chat (they keep sending me to the pay bill link rather then trying to fix the problem), and calling where they just wanted me to pay over the phone.

I am seriously over it and thinking of moving my whole family to optus (all mobiles and internet).

Has anyone got this problem? Has anyone had this problem and got it fixed?
