Telstra wont accept bank account payment via Paypal

I have had to cancel my Debit card with the bank because of suspected fraud with a replacement on the way but due to a delay in mailing services across Qld I've been left up Sh*ts Creek. I've been able to confirm my bank account with PayPal to make purchases online however according to PayPal this option is not accepted by Telstra when recharging my pre-paid mobile phone plan. Does anyone know of any clever work arounds to this problem? I have tried to find third party voucher services to no avail and made an actual transfer from my bank to my paypal but this process can take upto 6 days.
