Temporary suspension of ADSL

Recently Telstra responded/emailed me regarding my recent request to temporarily suspend my Home ADSL service.  This was because I could not retrieve their response via SMS as I have been overseas and don’t have international roaming. I have been overseas for the last two months because of COVID-19 situation.  I am now scheduled to return to Sydney approximately 15 June 2020. If possible, I would like my ADSL  to be suspended until and including 15 June 2020,  after which I would like it to be reactivated after 15 June 2020.   Please confirm this can be done.

 

Because I didn’t receive your response to my request soon enough, auto payments for my last two months’ charges were made.  Can I therefore request for the last two months‘ charges to be waived  and refunded to me?  Or alternatively, use them as credits on my account towards

future payments.  Please advise.
