Tracking assistance

I ordered an I phone 11 on 26th march.  When entering my tracking number it confirms that I made my order on this date, and the status is completed. No further info! 

Obviously can't speak to Telstra at the moment, and have exhausted all other avenues (complaints, online support systems). Would love to cancel my order if the phone is 3-4 months away from arriving, but I can't even tell if that's the case at the moment. On ordering, there was supply and 1-5 days delivery 😒
