Unauthorized deductions from my bank account
Every month Telstra is taken an unauthorized amount from my bank account. I have had to phone and get this reversed for three months now but it keeps happening. What can i do about this to stop it permanently.

You may end up at the TIO, but at least raise a complaint through Telstra before doing so (if you haven'talready done so). Keep a record of all interactions with Telstra regarding the issue - account details, service numbers, bank transactions, reference numbers, chats ot telecons, emails etc. Give them a chance to respond formally.
It may take a few days to get a response to your complaint and a case manager assigned.
Too many devices, probably an addict 🙂 also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
