UNBILLED ACTIVITY NOT DISPLAYING

Unbilled activity is not showing .

Was fine 2 days ago and now nothing to display. 

Any settings that could have changed or just playing up??

Hello 

If you are referring to the 24/7 app....can you check using Online Billing on a PC  to isolate whether it's just the mobile app....if so.. uninstall it......if possible clear the cache.....reboot.....download it fresh and install it.

Is it possible that your billing period ends about now? The bill could be getting generated, which means there are no unbilled charges (the bill takes a couple of days to get to you).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
