Upgrading Question

I recently upgraded my internet bundle. I'm a little confused because i'm already a customer and my bundle said one-off payment $0, and I'd be paying the monthly fees but when I got the estimated bill it said I had to pay the monthly plus an extra 300 for the wifi modem instead of it being included in my monthly bills.

Just wandering if it will change with the actual bill or not?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Upgrading Question

You would need to give Billing a call on 132200 to get a definitive answer on that.

We can't see what has been agreed to, or what your plan includes.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Upgrading Question

Hi @1daho,

Thanks for reaching out. I can understand your concern. Have you since been able to raise this with our Billing team and if so what was advised?
