I have spoken to telstra about 3 times about fixing my online billing history in my account and they told me it would be fixed on Monday but its still not working!!!! Whats going ON?????????

Hi DHQWISHD, there have been some access problems with the My Account portal recently which we're working to restore - you can access some services in the meantime via http://goo.gl/GkcEbt and once services are restored we can help follow up for you if needed.

I've been told the same thing for the last 4 weeks as well. How long can it take to fix this problem. Most organisations would have it rectified within hours. Is this a service Telstra are taking away from us?

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
