Waiting on credit transfer

So I have a $450 credit on one of my accounts and I have called to ask them to change it to my normal account and was told it will be done. 
it’s been a couple weeks now and I haven’t received the money on my current account but the credit has gone from my old account. 
I can’t call, message or email anyone about this, I just want to know if this is still being resolved it has there been an error? I haven’t had much luck with Telstra customer service so I’m concerned it hasn’t been resolved properly 

where do I go from here? Do I give it another couple weeks? How would I even get in contact with someone to fix this?
