What are the options if you can't install the Telstra App
What are the options available to customers if you don't have a phone that can install an app (yes there are people still around who don't have smart phones).
I'm trying to get the authorisation on my parent's account reconfirmed. The email points you to the website, but the website says to do it via the app which they don't have, and I can't find an option under their website account settings. When I tried ringing Telstra the most unhelpful person told me to go and search youtube for instructions. I wouldn't be ringing Telstra if I could find the instructions myself. He then just put me back into the queue because he didn't know the answer and couldn't be bothered finding it.
