Why charge me for late payment fee?

Hi,

 

I got the email about the next bill that include the late payment fee, please double check the date of payment for my last bill. I got the reminder last week to let me pay the bill to avoid the late payment fee, so I paid it last week. Please double check my next bill and remove the late payment fee please, thanks a lot.
