Why do I keep getting charged for calls I DO NOT make?

This is the second bill in 3 months that I have been charged for 13 and National calls on my bill. 

 

My phone is currently not even turned on!!!!!! How am I being charged for these calls that I can not be making?

Hi Sunshine girl, nobody here would be able to specifically look at your account to determine what the situation is as this is a pulic forum.

 

You'd be best to make direct contact with the telstra accounts and billing team either via 13 2200 or via the Liove Chat facility at the following link: https://livechat.telstra.com/TCOM:Crowdsupport:Consumer selecting accounts and billing.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
