Why has my account mobile cost increased $10 per month?

Hello wondering why a mobile phone plan taken out August 2019 at $50 plus $15 total $65 per month (phone purchased outright shortly after setting it up) has increased $10 per month to total $75 since January 2021 when I did not authorise that change? I asked for a credit of the $10 and I am trying to sort this out, get it changed back to the original plan

That is not possible to answer without information about your account.

 You have to sort it out with Telstra Support. You can contact them by phoning 132200 or via a chat in the Get Help section of the My Telstra app.

Hello thanks for responding fortunately Telstra arranged a credit so I am waiting on that to come through on my account 😃
