Why has my billing due date changed?

Can anyone assist me with why my due date has changed. My billing cycle has been the 14th for several years. My bill is issued on the 17th and my bill has always been due between the 6th and the 8th of the next month. This is great as a I get paid fortnightly. So this month, for some reason, my bill is due on the 31st, this robs me of my time to pay. I have never missed payment and always pay in full on time. Why the change?

The due date should always be two weeks after the issue date of the bill, so depending on where the issue date lands should determine the due date.
