why is it that your different areas within Telstra communicate so that you r right hand understand
why is its what the left is doing . why is it that your happy to have customers trying to find their solution to problems that generate from your processes. I amazed how bad Telstra is at customer service and that your different areas within Telstra communicate so that you r right hand dosent understand what the left does.
Actually Ill ansewer the question Telstra doesnt have bad customer service it actually dosent provide any to start with . an embarrassment in its continued failings that put the customer last.

Hello... as Crowd Support is not a customer service channel for Telstra and most of us are customers like you... your frustration is best directed to Telstra management. A search will give you an email contact to management. Many have shared your pain. Is there a specific issue one of us can assist you with?
If I have helped you, a "Like" would be appreciated.
If my advice is a solution, please acknowledge it.
