Wrong amount charged on final and account closed

I called to disconnect our Bigpond ISP account a few weeks ago and was informed there would be a small final bill as we were only just into our next billing cycle.  I've just received a request for a full month payment but at the same time my account has been closed so I cannot query the bill via any of the recommended methods.  Currently I'm 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone about it but don't hold out much hope of being helped as I was cut off in my last call and told to use the app where our account has been shut so doesn't work.  Any help would be appreciated otherwise I'll have to revert to ACCC.
