Wrong bPay details in Telstra app

Something is seriously wrong with my Telstra account.   And the My Telstra app is barely functional as a result...
I think it's because I switched from Telstra Business to Retail.

I can see my services and account details.    But if I choose any financial actions (like pay a bill) it tries to forward me to the old Telstra business backend....

And when I try and pay a bill using the details on the account, I get an invalid reference number error from the bank.
Checking the paper bill I see:   The reference number is the same (paper bill is missing the last two digits however), but in place of 7799 as the biller code, I see 7773 in the app...

If I try and pay with 7773 as the biller code and using either reference ID (with the last two digits or without), it fails...
Changing to 7799 works just fine...

What a completely useless app..   

p.s. I'm not interested in direct debit...
