You can probably set this up yourself..
Open your My Account in a browser using https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home
Top right corner, Settings, Bill Settings under Bill Settings click on the Edit button.. you should be able to make changes there..
You might be able to do it in the My Telstra but I have never tried - I am proudly old school..
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
