How to activate your home broadband data top up on the Telstra 24x7® App

Telstra home broadband customers are eligible for three free data top-ups a year.

To activate a data top-up open the Telstra 24/7 app and login with your Telstra ID.

From the dashboard tap on the hamburger menu icon  in the top left corner to open the menu then tap on ‘My Usage’ next choose the broadband service you choose to top-up. Tap ‘Add’ > ‘Free data top-ups’ > ‘Top-up now’ > ‘Confirm’.

Top-ups generally take up to 1 hour, in rare circumstances they can take up to 48 hours. We’ll send an email once your top-up is active. If your top-up has not been added to your account, get in touch with us.
