Price rise for existing customer?

Ive been a telstra / foxtel package owner for 20 years . Generally speaking over that time prices have dropped but i still paid same. Now internet prices have risen for telstra will my bill increase?”

The amount that you pay for your Internet will depend on the plan that you are on. The plans/bundles that are available now bear very little resemblance to the plans that were available a few years ago.


If you are on an old grandfathered plan, at some stage in the near future you will be migrated onto one of the current offerings. It might be wise to get in ahead of that and look to see what you really need, so that you can choose what you move to rather than it just being a move to the one that is the closest to what you have now.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
