Unauthorised plan change

My hottest entertainment bundle which includes internet, home phone & Foxtel has been split up and renamed and costs me more per month for the same services.

I was not consulted about this change.

when I messaged the support people I asked several times when could I lodge a formal complaint and they would not answer the question. Nor did they explain how they can change my plans without consulting me.

very frustrated!!!! Any recommendations please

My recommendation is to use the below link and put in a complaint. 

It could take at least 5 day's for a Complaints Case Manager to reply to you.
