Business phone restricting incoming calls

Yeah that is great but I can’t receive calls in due to you transitioning our business to NBN which has cost our business a lot of money WTF????? I called last week to find out what was happening and after 90 minutes on hold Telstra hung up. We own a cafe so our business is already struggling and Telstra do this to us. I want a result having it resolved and payment for loss of business. Technician was supposed to show up last week and never did this is an absolute disgrace.
