Business phone via NBN - divert on no answer.

Answered

Hi - looking to switch to Telstra FttN NBN service with land line and need to know categorically if I can a) divert to another number on no answer and b) change/set the delay before it actually diverts - i.e. set the number of seconds/rings after starting to ring on the land line and when it diverts to the alternative.

Many thanks.

Aaron

Hey Aaron

We can definitely help you with this and there are options available for how to manage you calls with a business service. These are basic features that you can set up from your handset, more info and steps here: https://tel.st/nlsd8

There are more advanced features such as Call Conductor which can help you manage your calls in other ways. More details here: https://tel.st/sr9b2

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
