Business Portal not accessible

I'm unable to change my mobile broadband plan as:

a)  https://connectapp.telstra.com/app/dashboard  Telstra Connect's business portal cannot complete a login - no matter which browser is used

b) no online support  due to covid 19

c) no phone support due to covid 19

d) no in store support for business as they also cannot log in to the business portal

 

WHat is the go with the portal? I've reached my data limit and I need to change my plan to be able to support my business.  When will this be rectified?
