I cannot believe the only way to contact Telstra these days is by chatting online. What a horrible service. I'm unable to receive calls on 2 out of my 3 lines and I need to sit and wait for a chat. I am not a 16 year old. I am a business with an urgent issue. What disgusting service.

You can mark the message as urgent by tapping on the 3 dot icon in the top right of the message screen.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
