Changing Business Broadband Plan

How do I change my business broadband plan through the portal? I was told that I can do so during sign up but I could not find my way to do it. We initially took up the largest plan ($75/200G) while waiting for our NBN to be sorted out. Now that our NBN is working perfectly, we would like to downgrade to a much smaller data plan. I tried the chat, but oh man the team member was not helping at all and the chat got cut off in the middle. 

So please anyone, guide me on how to do it. Thanks
