Hikvision CCTV cameras/NVR on modem/4GX broadband will not stream from iphone

29/4/19 Telstra started upgrades to Port Arthur 7182 tower. Been dealing with tech support with out any success. Tested tower and all is okay!! As property is 100km away I have had a couple of trips to no avail. I am currently there now and rebooted everything again. Occasionally locks in but message is “network unstable” then “try to reconnect” and “operation failed” As mentioned occasionally will stream and video playback.

My desktop software iVMS 4200 is fully function, but Hik- Connect on iPhone no so.

It seems to be a sim to sim problem. It had been fully functional up to 29/4. Checked ports on 

NVR and are correct. 554/8000/80/443.

Anybody any suggestions as Telstra been extremely slow coming up with the answer.

The modem/GX broadband is operating including wifi.
