Internet Direct 100mb/s Fibre connection implementation installed but unusable

We have what appears to be a completed installation of a Telstra Direct 100mb/s Fibre Internet Connection at our office that we can't use as we have not received a configuration notification.


Last feedback we received from an onsite Telstra tech about 2 weeks ago was "good to go". After multiple contacts with authorised Telstra Business reseller who sold us this service we have been unable to make any progress. Can I escalate this somewhere else.


This is now about to making a big impact on our business as the product was ordered November last year. Help!
