Inyernet not working

I think it's broad band....anyway,  my internet got disconnected as I did not recive my bills. I called up and paid them via bay and the lady that ok spoke to said that she turned I back on. She did not and now I'm trying to run my business and I need it. Account number is <Removed for Privacy>

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Account Information or Billing Systems.


You will need to contact Telstra again, either by calling 132000 or using the My Telstra app on your mobile.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
