Is it possible to get a static IP for Telstra NBN on HFC

I've had completely conflicting information from several different Telstra employees ...

 

The only think I can see on-line says it's for ADSL - https://www.telstra.com.au/internet/extras

From memory any NBN service can have a static IP. The confusion may be around Telstra HFC cable not being able to have a static IP.
For Official Support Chat Now, try the Online Troubleshooter, check for Outages or Raise a Complaint.

Do you know the link to add it? The one I posted says ADSL

I think you can do it from your Telstra my account by clicking on the internet service then add ons. Alternatively call sales or billing to have it added.
