Looking for customer support regarding my business order

I decided to join Telstra internet and phone bundle for 3 of my business sites.  I went to a Telstra shop to place my order however their backend system went down and I was not able to finalise the order so I do not have the order numbers for each of the orders.  I filled paper order forms but until now I have not been able to get status update on my 3 orders.  I tried contacting the sales person who placed my order and have not been able to get any response.  Is there a Telstra staff able to assist?

The Telstra Shop where you lodged the paperwork would still be the best option for followup. Especially if it was done on paper order forms, as they will should still have them if they need to be referred to or data entry completed.

 

Otherwise, send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response, and you get a notification on your phone when they do.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thanks Jupiter for your response.  Unfortunately I have left numerous messages for the consultant at the Telstra stop to get back to me.  I have also email him unfortunately I has neither got a response.  As this is a business account I have left in a limbo.  Should I continue with Telstra or go else where for my business internet and phone as I can not wait any longer.
