Mobile broadband DNS server not updating

Hi support,


We recently made some changes to a few customer dns records and they resolve fine from the standard bigpond dns server and many other dns servers around the world.

However when attempting to access the same location from a Telstra mobile, it cannot resolve. I have been able to get around the issue by connecting the users to wifi but this is obviously not a solution.


It has now been about 16 hours since the record change. When can we expect whatever dns server the mobiles use to update?
