The best way to organise that would be through a Telstra Store.
We cannot assist with purchasing at Crowdsupport as we are customers just like yourself.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Telstra Crowd Support is not Telstra customer service. We are customers like you, and do not have any account access. You would be best to go to a Telstra Store if for residential use or if small business a Telstra business technology centre, which are similar to the retail stores but specialise in simple business applications.
