I ordered a mobile broadband sim on 22/5/20 and haven't had any update. Order number is SMB50987082. Can you advise an update.

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Account Information.

 

You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
