Telstra/NBN Business Issue



I am having Telstra/NBN Business Issues, I have Telstra telling me its an NBN problem, I have NBN telling me it is a Telstra Problem.


I have had technicians from both parties in the shop, modems swapped, different theories thrown at us from us never having NBN (although we have had it for years), to always running off the 4G dongle (it only got plugged in two weeks ago)


I have been in message chat so many times in the last 2 weeks, its driving me spare.


I am at the stage of if this cannot be sorted i am going to lodge a TIO complaint, this is costing my business money with the unstable internet.


Has anyone else had these drama's?

We don't know as you haven't actually described the root problem, just your dealings with Telstra and NBN Co.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
