TG797n v3 - connection keeps dropping

I am having trouble with my internet which keeps dropping out - it does not matter if I am connected using WiFi or Ethernet as it all goes out at the same time.

 

I am using a TG797n v3 gateway.  When the internet drops out, it automatically brings up the basic gateway screen with a listing of what devices are connected and how (WiFi or Ethernet/Wired).

 

This is so frustrating as it has been happening more and more frequently of late and I need a reliable internet connection for my business.

 

I have restarted the device multiple times however I still keep getting this problem.

 

Anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it?  Thanks.
