Unable to receive calls via VOIP

Since Friday, we have been unable to receive calls from Telstra or vodaphone mobile phones via VOIP.  We have telstra NBN.  It has been working fine until Friday.  Nothing changed on our end. 


We have been trying to resolve this but can't get through to anyone on help or support.  We are unable to run our business without these calls coming through.
