We need RDNS but Telstra support is not responding to our request
Has any Telstra business NBN client been able to get Telstra to create a PTR record for your fixed IP? I tried the messaging on the app multiple times and I get no response. I searched through the forum and it seems no one has any success on getting Telstra to help with RDNS
