Add a new phone to an existing business account
I went into a Telstra store yesterday to add a new phone onto our account but were told that due to COVID19 they were not able add a phone onto an existing business contract.
They could give me a new number but could’t sell me a phone on a contract.
When will this restriction be lifted?
We are a long standing business customer with Telstra and we have an employee needing a phone to use at home but we can’t get one for them which is very frustrating!
