Hi, I am trying to cancel a mobile business data plan service on my business account & Telstra have no facility to do this online & no ability to speak to anyone via the various call centre numbers or online chat.
Can anyone suggest how I can cancel a service?
If not I see this as a breach of consumer rights & will take the matter up legally.

You can contact Telstra using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). They are prioritising urgent issues at the moment due to 2/3 of their Call Centre staff being off work because of COVID-19 restrictions.
Note: the messaging system is not an immediate response system and it may take a few days to get a response.
