Delayed iPad Order
I ordered an iPad mini that was in stock a month ago and it has still not arrived. The estimated time was less than a week. How can I find out the status of this order and cancel it if I am not happy with the estimated arrival time?

I ordered an iPad pro over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting, no one can help me I just get bounced around to different people. when I go to the web site to order the same iPad it tells me I can get it in 5 business days and is available I don't understand. they seriously could not have run out this it's just pathetic from this company. I can go to Optus store and pick one up tomorrow which if I can't resolve this by then I might as well. which is sad ive been with Telstra for over 15 years.
