plans
Hi dose anyone know how I can look at what plan i am on? When I started up the Telstra service guy said that I can switch and change my plan when ever I want on the online service but I have no idea on how to see what plan I am on and how to change it.
and it seems like no one works at Telstra anymore so I cant ring for help.

Hope you were able to get this one sorted. For future reference, you can find which plan you're on by jumping in to your My Telstra app.
From the home screen select Services > Pick the service you are wishing to check > Scroll down to Your plan and this will show the plan that you're currently on. Continue on to the Change plan hyperlink and from there you can change your plan to the in market offers we currently have available.
