Porting number to Telstra

 I lodged request in March to porting landline number from Optus to Telstra, I received a few phone calls to confirm the request. But nothing happen until now, when I called yesterday was told my request is on hold to get my confirmation of willing to wait for 39days. It is really frustrate  as my request was done more than 2 months but nobody looking after. Anyone knows who shall I contact to get this sorted, I am sick of explaining the  story again and again when I call Telstra  everytime to speak to different people.
