Telstra business mobiles usability

How useful is a mobile phone which posts a recorded message to callers  stating the phone is not ion a service area , When the phone is quite definitely in a service area with 5 bars of service?

Sounds like it might be worth giving our Mobile Assurance Team a call via 132200, quote 'mobile faults', we can then ensure there are no network issues that may be causing the redirection of your calls.
