Activate Prepaid Mobile Service still in Progress after 3 days

I activated a prepaid service with $40 value and ported my old number to Telstra last 17 April 2020. My number is already ported and I was able to receive call and text messages. My problem is until today 20 April 2020, I cannot make a call or send text messages. When I check the status of my order at telstra.com/trackmyorder and enter my order number it says it is still in progress. When I use other phone to call Telstra, they say they do not accept calls, there is also no live chat, there is no email address to contact, and when I download their app, it is also not working. How do we contact Telstra to fix the problem?
